MAGNESIUM OIL

Lily uses and sells Horbäach Magnesium Oil. Magnesium oil is a concentrated solution of the salt, magnesium chloride. This concentrated solution or oil can be applied to the skin.
It gets absorbed into your skin quickly while carrying the magnesium molecules. This way of providing or supplying magnesium is called transdermal absorption.
The symptoms of magnesium deficiency are subtle. They include muscle cramps, pain, and spams. This is because calcium is responsible for muscle contraction, and magnesium is responsible for muscle relaxation.
The topical application of magnesium oil can reduce muscle catches, twitching, back pain, feet pain, neck pain, and menstrual cramps effectively.
Optimal magnesium is mandatory for the smooth functioning of all muscles, including your limbs, lungs, GI tract, and even your heart!
How to use:
1. Spray magnesium oil directly on your tight muscles: neck, back, calves, etc.
2. Thoroughly massage it in.
3. Leave it on your skin for as long as you wish, but it is good to let it absorb at least 30 minutes.
4. If you want, you may use a wet wipe to eliminate any residue.
The first few times using magnesium oil spray may result in some uncomfortable itching or tingling indicating it is being absorbed. This sensation should dissipate the longer you use it. After a while, you may see a slight white residue forming on the areas where you have applied the spray. It is from the salt that has stayed behind on the skin and can be wiped or washed off. Magnesium oil can also be used as a deodorant.
*Massage promotes blood flow and ultimately maximizes the absorption of magnesium oil. Magnesium oil is used by the body primarily in the area of application, so muscle cramps and soreness can be alleviated using massage and magnesium oil as treatment.
